Regarding AirBnB, we have what is essentially an apartment at our house (separate entrance, own bathroom, 400 sq. ft. studio). Family and friends use it only a half dozen times a year. We thought of renting it out as an AirBnB and looked at what other comparable rooms rented for in our area, which was around $100/night. After all the AirBnb fees, bed tax fees, etc., it just didn’t look worth it to disrupt our lives over maybe $400-$500 a month income. It might work for others but not for us.

Have you finished your trip in Hong Kong and back to the States? Did you enjoy your trip in Hong Kong?

Hi Gabriel, Portland is a very interesting city, that would be interesting to travel around the US visiting a few different cities around the country. A nice free promotion of the Columbia Brewing Micro brewing is so trendy around the country. It appears that you’re heading to Mexico, of course I could be wrong .
